Returns & Exchanges

 

Once you've received your order, you have a 30-day window to request an Exchange or Return.

  1. Make sure the product is in its original, unworn condition.
  2. Select the items you wish to return, and tell us why.
  3. Once you’ve requested a return, you have 15 days to ship the product back before the label expires.
  4. Box and ship items using a pre-paid label. The SUAVS shoebox can be re-used and resealed for shipping your return.

    *Any item that has been worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be eligible for a refund.

    *Insoles and final sale items are not eligible for returns. 

    *If you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly at contact@suavs.com

    If you choose to return by your own means, please return your package via a trackable method to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your email receipt (or a copy of your shipping confirmation email, and your order number) in your package. Please keep in mind, if you do not use the generated return shipping label, we will not be able to reimburse your return shipping costs.
