SUAVS values its customers and respects their privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect about you through our website. What information do we collect?

Information Provided Directly to Us: When you register for an account, place an order on the SUAVS website, sign up to receive emails or sms notifications, we may ask you to provide some information including: your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information, such as a credit card number, billing address, and/or other related information required to complete the purchase (such payment information).

Marketing: When opting in to receive communications over email, text messaging, or participate in our loyalty and referral programs, we may collect personal information such as your email address, phone number or mailing address.

Survey and Reviews: We may contact you to participate in surveys to provide product or experience reviews and testimonials. What do we do with your information?

This information may be used by SUAVS and the aforementioned analytics and advertisement service providers (Facebook, Pinterest and Google) to analyze and track data, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites and mobile applications and better understand your online activity. Email and Text Marketing and Notifications

By entering your email and/or phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you email and/or text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and marketing offers.

You may opt out of receiving marketing emails from SUAVS by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Text marketing messages will not exceed 30 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Third-Party Services
