Store Policy


Please allow 1 - 2 days business days from the time of purchase in order for us to process and ship.  Customers have a list of shipping options to choose from and shipping costs and fees are calculated based on location.  A shipment notification will be sent once the order has been processed for shipping.



Currently, we are only taking International orders from the following countries:  Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Vietnam, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and United States.  International Shipments are subject to customs clearing procedures, which may cause delays in overall shipping time.  

Orders not made within the United States may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, and other fees, which will be the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery.

If the order is undeliverable or the customer refuses delivery, the customer will take charge of all duties, taxes, and shipping costs.

International Returns are not eligible for shipping cost, taxes and duty refunds.


In case of customer dissatisfaction or problems with sizing and fitting, all full-priced merchandise may be returned for a refund.

Once receiving your order, you have 30 days to notify for a return or exchange by emailing with your request, order number, and reason for return or exchange.  A SUAVS representative will be in contact with you within 2 business days with the procedure for returning the items.  Customers have 15 days after the request has been made to ship the product back.  Returns requested after 30 days from the order being placed will receive store credit.

All items must be kept in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.  Any item that has been worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be eligible for a refund.  Please don't forget to keep your receipt.

Full priced orders are eligible for Free Shipping on returns.  Please e-mail us with your order number to receive a printable pre-paid shipping label.  

Items purchased on final sale not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Sizing & Fitting

SUAVS shoes are Unisex and in full sizes only.  As their material is very soft and stretches, the shoe can adjust to just about any foot.  


If you wear a half size, but sometimes size up in other footwear, we would recommend sizing up to the next full size.  If you tend to size down on open footwear such as sandals, we recommend sizing down.


For half sizes, we recommend sizing up.  Tthe inner faux fur lining makes the shoe fitting a bit more snug.
